The school has a large, shaded courtyard that provides refreshment during the summer months and a variety of outdoor activities during the winter. Internally, the school is spread over two floors: two sections with their respective refectory and dormitory are located on the ground floor, and two sections with their respective refectory and dermitry on the upper floor. Restrooms for the sections are located on each floor. The school kitchen is located on the ground floor.
The sections are organized by interest: in each section, boys and girls can find a corner dedicated to cooking and dress-up; a creativity corner with all kinds of paints, paper, scissors, glue, and recycled materials for free-form creation; a symbolic play corner; a building block corner; and an animal corner.
To store their materials and free-form creations, each child has a small cube inside a large cabinet at their height, allowing them to collect their materials independently. This tool has a very specific educational function because, in addition to encouraging independence, it allows for the recording of the traces children wish to leave behind each day. Careful analysis of this material by teachers allows children to report on their progress and the gradual acquisition of new skills, building self-confidence and a sense of capability.
